The equipment you'll need for your workouts depends on what you chose earlier during the quiz regarding the question about access to the equipment:
- no equipment;
- basic equipment - resistance band, dumbbells;
- full equipment - resistance band, dumbbells, parallel and horizontal bars.
If you don't have any equipment, don't worry - you can work it out without additional tools, as we pick up such workouts specifically for you.
In case you marked that you have the equipment, you can check the program overview for the week ahead within the app to find out what equipment will be needed for your exercises.
