How can I ask coach?

You may want to learn some new insights or get answers to questions about workouts or nutrition. And you have such possibilities - just ask the app’s coach Chris! (currently available only in the English version of the app) You can ask him for tips about workouts, nutrition, or creating habits. He can explain how to deadlift properly, what carbs you should eat and when to eat them, or how to set up your sleep schedule.

Press on the Assistant button, and you will be proposed to choose the desired option:  

If you choose Ask coach, you can pick up one of the themes which the Assistant can bring you information about - Sports, Nutrition, or Habits

 

Tap the preferred one and press Let’s go

Pick any topic you are interested in, press Let’s see, and the Assistant will provide helpful information.
