Your options for changing your program depend on your previously chosen workout settings.
1. Your workout type is HIIT.
When using this type of program, changing equipment, fitness level, or workout place is not available. HIIT program requires no equipment; you can do it from home or the gym.
2. Your workout type is Calisthenics.
When using this type of program, changing equipment, fitness level, or workout place is not available. This program requires no or minimum equipment; you can do it either from home or the gym.
3. Your workout type is Strength.
You can change your equipment, workout place or difficulty in the My program tab.
Please note: You won’t see the option to change your equipment if you are training at the gym. This option is available only for Home workouts of the Strength workout type.
