Your options for changing your program depend on your previously chosen workout settings.
1. Your workout type is HIIT.
When using this type of program, changing equipment, fitness level, or workout place is not available. The HIIT program requires no equipment; you can do it from home or the gym.
2. Your workout type is Strength.
You can change your goal, equipment, fitness level, workout place or type using the Assistant.
Please note: You won’t see the option to change your equipment if you are training at the gym. This option is available only for Home workouts of Strength type.
