Widgets allow you to conveniently access the latest information from your favourite apps at your fingertips.
The MadMuscles widget provides a comprehensive view of your workout schedule. It conveniently displays your workout days directly on your phone screen and allows you to easily Start Workout or view your personalized Meal Plan.
To add the widget on your phone:
1. Make a long press on your Android home screen and select Widgets.
Depending on your version of Android, it may look a bit different.
2. Find the MadMuscles widget in the widgets list.
Tap and hold it, then drag it to the needed area on the home screen.
