In the meantime, we recommend reading our article on choosing the appropriate weight for your workouts.
Also, you can customise your training program by selecting one of the available equipment options (No equipment, Basic equipment (resistance band, dumbbells), or Full equipment (resistance band, dumbbells, parallel and horizontal bars)).
We also suggest using the Swap feature during workouts to search for exercises that can be performed with the equipment you have.
You can filter through more workout options in the Explore tab to find exercises suitable for your available equipment.
