What if I have an allergy?

If you have a food allergy, we can make adjustments to your meal plan by excluding any allergens or ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction.

If your meal plan has already been created, and you need to make changes, contact our Support team as soon as possible. Let us know about your food allergies or intolerances, and we will update your plan accordingly so you can have meals that are safe and tailored to your needs. 

Please note that you can also adjust your meal plan to your preferences by swapping the meals that contain ingredients you are allergic to.
