They will be in a better position to provide you with guidance and recommendations that are tailored to your unique situation.
You can also use the Swap option within your workout to select different exercises that are more suitable for your abilities. Additionally, our Explore tab provides filters that allow you to search for workouts that fit your needs and preferences.
As a possible solution, you can swap leg exercises with those that you are able to perform comfortably. We understand that this may not be an ideal solution, but we hope that it will help you to continue your fitness journey while we work towards providing more inclusive workout options.
