You can also evaluate your fitness level to ensure your current program suits you. This will help you to determine if you need to make any changes to your workouts.
Another option is to rate the difficulty of your workouts after completing them. The app may prompt you to rate the difficulty level (on Android devices). If you find that your workouts are too easy, you can mark them as such, and the app will suggest you perform additional finishing exercise to feel extra burn and increase the workout level (after tapping on the 1-4 mark twice).
It's important to remember that progress takes time and consistency. Starting with lower-intensity workouts and gradually working your way up is a great way to build strength and endurance. It's okay to challenge yourself, but it's also important to listen to your body and avoid pushing yourself too hard too quickly.
