Cancelling your subscription means the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your current period.
Subscriptions should be cancelled at least 24 hours before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue. We are unable to provide refunds for subscriptions that have not been cancelled within the required time.
After cancelling, please bear in mind that while you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle, you will no longer have access to any of the content within the Mad Muscles app once your subscription has expired.
Subscription fees will apply automatically regardless of whether or not you use your subscription.

- If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on our website, there are 2 ways to cancel it:
1) Cancel your subscription in the Mad Muscles mobile app.
To do this in the application, follow this path:
Me tab → Settings → Help → Subscription → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription:
Please note that data synchronization takes +- 24 hours before the unsubscribe button will appear (not immediately after purchase, but later). So if you made a subscription and want to cancel it immediately - you will need to wait for the cancel button to appear first.
Before the button appears you will see this message on the My subscription page:
2) If you have difficulties with the self-cancellation of your subscription, please submit the request via our Support centre (email@example.com)

You can cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings.
To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the then-current subscription period.

Kindly note that deleting the account is not the same as canceling the subscription. When you cancel the subscription you will have the access to the program until the end of the paid period, and when you delete the account the access will be prohibited immediately and the Subscription will be canceled.

Please could you cancel my subscription? I couldn’t do it myself using the app, having only option “manage subscription” and nothings else to stop it.

I can’t even get the app to work; it gets stuck on the “select language” page. I just sent an email on the web form.
