Kindly be advised that your workout program was built according to your preferences, needs, and goals and optimised specially for you.
However, you can change the difficulty of your program, this might help you to increase the number of exercises per week.
Also, you can go to the Explore tab and filter the workouts according to your preferences as an extra routine if you wish to train more than the suggested ones.
Although you feel capable of doing more training sessions, it may eventually lead to overtraining. And overtraining is one of your muscles' worst enemies. A long time being under constant significant stress can often cause several tissue traumas. Please keep in mind that adequate rest is not a sign of weakness, and your body needs some time to recover.
