If you feel that some exercise in your Program doesn’t work for you and you want to replace it with another one, you can simply do that with the Swap function.
Go to the My program tab and press Start Workout:
Then tap Swap near the exercise or set, which you want to substitute:
Select a new one in the list of exercises that are recommended for you.
Please notice that you can replace this exercise in all workouts at once by toggling the slider above the button Swap.
