I am a diabetic, can I use the program?

We want to let you know that our plan is suitable for people with diabetes because it contains complex carbohydrates, which keep sugar/insulin levels stable throughout the day.

We recommend you use the Swap function and choose meal options that include more carbohydrates.

Also, our plans do not offer carbohydrates for dinner; in this case, we recommend eating a banana immediately before or after dinner.
