Why is the amount of macronutrients in my plan not sustainable?

The number of macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) in our meal plan is not constant. Some days, there may be more protein, and others, more fats or carbohydrates. This is done for dietary variety and provides a better and faster effect for both weight loss and weight gain.

Therefore, you can calculate the number of nutrients for each particular day by accessing the nutrition information for each meal in the Meal card (the number of macronutrients per serving is indicated in each recipe).
