To log out and re-log back in, please follow these step-by-step instructions:
1. Go to the Me tab and press the gear icon in the top right corner (or 3 horizontal bars - for Android users). Tap on Log out.
2. Confirm your decision to log out.
3. Tap on “Log in: I've done the quiz” and “Continue with Email”. Enter your email address and the code sent to your email to access your account.

I have logged out several times. Logged in, selected I already have an account ,entered my email and code but it keeps asking me to select a plan and pay again.
How can I rectify this?

I enter my email address that a registered and paid with, but the app says I'm not connected to the Internet (I am) and then throws an error.
