The app says that my meal plan has expired

If you're experiencing an issue where your meal plan is showing as expired in the app, there's a simple solution to get it back on track.

Go to the Meals tab. Click Update:

Then click Start day and select a new one. Kindly note that the start date cannot be set to a day in the past.

There's also another way to set a new date for your meal plan. Go to the Me tab and click the gear icon (or 3 horizontal bars - for Android users):

Press Nutrition, then Start Day:

By updating the start date as instructed, your meal plan will be refreshed and no longer appear as expired. If you encounter any further issues, please feel free to reach out for additional assistance.
