I am having trouble launching MadMuscles

If you are having trouble opening MadMuscles on your device, there is often a simple explanation!

Please ensure you have completed the following troubleshooting steps:

  • You are using the latest version of the application. Learn how to update your app here
  • You have the latest operating system installed on your device;
  • You are connected to a cellular data service or have a stable Wi-Fi connection (learn more about resolving troubles with the internet here);
  • You have enough available storage on your device.

If the previous steps have not helped you - delete, update, and reinstall the MadMuscles app to your device from the App Store or Google Play.

Remember that if you want to use our app, the minimum supported version of the operating system should be 8.0 for Android and 16.1 for iOS.

If you are still experiencing issues, we suggest following further troubleshooting steps available within the Apple and Google Support pages.

If the “The app is not supported in your country or region” error code appears on your screen, please change the region of the store by following these instructions - Apple, Google.

    I cant download the Mad Muscles App on my iphone. When i hit the GET button on the app it spins and the GET button comes back up and will not download. I have paid for the app but cant download it.

    I am very sorry to hear that you have a problem downloading the app. Please try the troubleshooting steps below:

    1. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi
    By default, the iPhone won't attempt to download an app that's more than 200 MB in size so that it doesn't use too much data from your wireless plan. Cellular networks can also be generally unreliable for downloading large files. 

    2. Check your payment method
    It doesn't matter if you're trying to install a free or paid app – Apple requires you to have a payment method associated with your Apple ID. 

    -To check the status of your payment method, start the Settings app and tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen. 

    -Then, tap "Payment & Shipping" and make sure your payment method is valid and up to date. 

    3. Restart your iPhone
    Often, restarting your phone can resolve unexpected issues, and this is no exception. See our article "How to restart and force-restart any iPhone model," and after it restarts, check to see if it downloads properly.

    If not, try to pause and restart the download.

    Same thing with me, when i go to the play store it says update required when I click update there is a software big and it just says something went wrong try again. Yes I am on wifi and tried restarting, updating my phone, uninstall and reinstall the app etc nothing works

    I’m having trouble once the app loads. It asks me to select the language, but there are no drop-down to select language and the next button on the continue button don’t do anything please advise.

    Please cancel my subscription.  I keep getting a message that my device is incompatible ans I can't access my program. I don't want to install the ap on my phone for various reasons, so, never mind.  Just cancel.
