We've recently introduced the Calisthenics program to the MadMuscles app, and our team is actively working on expanding the workout library for this program. In the meantime, you may come across workouts involving equipment. Please rest assured that this is temporary, and soon, you can expect a diverse range of workouts that perfectly align with the Calisthenics workout type.
As a temporary workaround to get the plan with no equipment, you can set your plan as follows:
- Workout type - Strength
- Workout place - Home
- Equipment - No equipment
