MadMuscles proudly introduces the Adaptive Program — a specialized training system designed for individuals with amputations or limited mobility resulting from injury, surgery, or combat.

We are honored to support veterans and individuals with disabilities by providing free, safe, and effective fitness guidance tailored to their needs.

Our mission is simple: to make fitness accessible for everyone. Using our expertise, we’ve created a program that empowers people with amputations or mobility limitations to stay active, build strength, and regain confidence — all while training safely and effectively.

The Adaptive Program includes six specialized categories, ensuring that every user receives exercises suited to their unique capabilities:

  • Lower and Upper Limbs

For individuals with impairment of one lower limb and one upper limb
(amputation or functional limitation equivalent to amputation).

  • Both Arms

For individuals with impairment of both upper limbs
(double arm amputation or equivalent functional limitation).

  • Both Legs

For individuals with impairment of both lower limbs
(spinal cord injury, double amputation, or significant functional limitation).

  • One Arm

For individuals with impairment of one upper limb
(single arm amputation or equivalent functional limitation).

  • One Leg

For individuals with impairment of one lower limb
(single leg amputation or equivalent functional limitation).

  • Limbs Functional

For individuals with partial or full limb functionality who are capable of participating in physical activity.

At MadMuscles, we believe that everybody deserves the opportunity to move, grow stronger, and feel empowered.
The Adaptive Program was built with this philosophy at its core.
