If you feel that some exercises in your program don’t work for you and you want to replace them with other ones, you can simply do that with the Swap function.
Depending on the workout, you will have the possibility to swap each exercise or swap the whole set.
Go to the My program tab and press Start Workout:
Then tap Swap near the exercise or super set, which you want to substitute:
Select a new exercise or set of exercises in the list of recommendations.
Please note that you can replace the exercise or super set in all workouts by toggling the slider above the Swap button.
You have the possibility to swap the exercises separately one by one in these cases:
- you're using the HIIT workout type;
- you're using the Chair Yoga workout type;
- you're using the Indoor Walking workout type;
- your fitness level is advanced (9-10), and you're training in the gym;
- your fitness level is advanced (9-10), and you're training at home but with full equipment.
In most other cases, you can only swap super sets entirely, not exercises in them.
