If you want to increase the program's difficulty level, you can do it in the My program tab. Additionally, if you wish to do more than the suggested workouts, you can head to the Explore tab and filter workouts based on your preferences.
However, it's important to be careful not to overtrain, as this can cause muscle tissue damage. While it may be tempting to push yourself harder, giving your body rest is essential for optimal recovery and avoiding injury. Remember, rest is not a sign of weakness, and taking time to recover is just as important as the workouts themselves.
