You can easily switch your workout days for the current week in the My program tab. Please note that you can only change your training schedule one week in advance, and it will not be permanent.
Press 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner, then select Workout schedule:
Then press Edit:
Select the day from which you want to reschedule your workout:
Decide which day will be a new one for training, and press Save in the top right corner:
That’s all! Your workout schedule for the current week will be corrected.
Kindly note that there is no option to change the number of workout days at the moment.

Is it possible to change or reduce my recovery days?
I'd like the option to switch to 1-2 recovery days a week rather than be forced to 4

Please note that your workout program is carefully designed to align with your preferences, needs, and goals. At the moment, there is no option to reduce the number of recovery days per week.
However, you can use Assistant to modify the program's difficulty, which might enable you to do more workouts.
Additionally, you have the flexibility to explore extra workouts in the Explore section and filter them according to your preferences.
It's essential to be cautious about overtraining, as constant stress on your muscles can lead to injuries. Remember, adequate rest is crucial for your body's recovery and overall well-being.
