You can easily switch your workout days in the My program tab.
Press 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner, then select Workout schedule:
Here, you can see your current workout days. To adjust your schedule, uncheck the days you don’t want to work out and tap on the days you’d like to have workouts.
Click Set Up and your workout schedule will be updated.

Is it possible to change or reduce my recovery days?
I'd like the option to switch to 1-2 recovery days a week rather than be forced to 4

Please note that your workout program is carefully designed to align with your preferences, needs, and goals. At the moment, there is no option to reduce the number of recovery days per week.
However, you can use Assistant to modify the program's difficulty, which might enable you to do more workouts.
Additionally, you have the flexibility to explore extra workouts in the Explore section and filter them according to your preferences.
It's essential to be cautious about overtraining, as constant stress on your muscles can lead to injuries. Remember, adequate rest is crucial for your body's recovery and overall well-being.
