Before our support team can access your personal data and assist you, we need to verify your identity.

The best option is to send us an email from the same email address that you used when creating your account. You can submit your request via our Contact form or email us directly at support@madmuscles.com

If you don't have access to your email or are not sure which email you used, we may ask you for additional unique information. This article explains what information you may be asked for — and exactly where to find it.

Option 1 — Account or Transaction Identifier

You can provide any one of the following identifiers:

  • User ID
  • Invoice ID
  • PayPal Order ID
  • Subscription ID

Finding your User ID

  1. Go to the Me tab in the app.
  2. Press Settings in the top-right corner of the screen.

  1. Open Wallet.
  2. Select the card used for the payment.
  3. Tap the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner.
  4. Open Card Details.
  5. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

Google Pay / Google Wallet (Android)

More detailed instructions can be found in this article: How to Find Virtual Card Details in Apple Pay and Google Pay

Option 2 — Email Address + Card Details

If you don't have a transaction ID, you can verify your account by providing all of the following together:

  • The email address associated with your Mad Muscles account
  • The last four digits of the card used for the subscription
  • Your bank name (e.g., Chase, Barclays, Monzo)
  • Card type: credit or debit
  • Payment system (Visa/Mastercard/Amex)
  • The exact charge amount
  • The date of the charge

Tip: You can find all this information in your bank statement or in your banking app.

Still need help? Reply to the support email, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Option 3 — First 6 & Last 4 Digits of Your Card

Provide the first six and the last four digits of the card used for your Mad Muscles subscription. Please do not share your full card number.

Tip: You can find this on your physical card or in your banking app under the card details section.

On Your Physical Card

Look at the 16-digit number on the front of your card. Share only the first 6 and last 4 digits — for example: 4111 11●● ●●●● 1111.
