At MadMuscles, we understand that your fitness journey is about more than just numbers on a scale. It's about the confidence you gain, the strength you build, and the progress you see in the mirror.

With the Photo progress feature (available for now only for Android users), you can capture snapshots of yourself at various stages of your fitness journey. Simply take a photo within the app and save it to your profile. Over time, you'll be able to compare your images side by side, witnessing the changes that may not always be evident on the scale. 

To take your first photo, go to the Me tab, and press New Set

Tap Next, then Start tracking my progress

To see the tips for taking photos, tap "i":

Read them, switching them one by one. These tips will help you take the photos properly:

After reading, press "+":

Allow the app to access the camera:

Take photos of different parts of your body:

The photos will be saved in the gallery in the app, to which you can always return, comparing new photos with the old ones. 

You can also edit the body templates used for taking progress photos. Click on the pencil in the upper right corner:

Use the checkboxes to select or remove templates, and then click Save

Whether you're just starting or making significant strides, these photos will eflect your determination and progress. Use the feature as a tool to appreciate your efforts, set new goals, and inspire others.
