The step tracker helps monitor the number of steps you take throughout the day.
You become more aware of your daily activity level by tracking your steps. It can help you identify areas where you can be more active, such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
Seeing your step count increase throughout the day can be a great motivator to move more.
In the MadMuscles app, you can set daily step goal, which provides even more motivation to stay active.
The Step tracker feature is located on the Me tab in the Performance metrics section:
If you click on Steps, you will see a detailed infographic on the steps metric, which can be shown for a week or a month. This will help you to track your progress over time.
