The Burned calories tracker is a tool that measures the number of calories you burn through daily activities and exercises. It uses data from your phone's built-in motion sensors, including the accelerometer and gyroscope, to track your movements and estimate the amount of energy you're spending.
It allows you to monitor your daily activity levels and provides an estimate of the calories you're burning. This information can be helpful for weight management goals, as well as for understanding the impact of your daily activities on your overall health.
The Burned calories tracker is located on the Me tab in the Performance metrics section:
If you click on Burned calories, you will see a detailed infographic on the burned calories metric, which can be shown for a week or a month. This will help you to track your progress over time.
