The What’s new tab currently contains the course The Basics of Fitness. This miniature course of 10 minutes explains how to do each basic fitness exercise properly. 


Press this tab, and you will be guided with video and sound instructions and explanations on the exercise technique. Each exercise is explained and described fully and will be replayed automatically one by one: 


Just follow the instructions and memorise them. You can stop the video or rewind some parts if you need to.

Learn how to squat, deadlift, swing the kettlebell, and do other workout essentials with the pro. After passing that course, you can be sure that you do the exercises with the correct technique. 

We recommend that you take the course before starting training. It will help you to do your workouts with the highest benefit and productivity and crush your goals even faster.
