You can change your previously chosen workout type in the My program tab.
Go to the My program tab. Press 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner, then select My program:
Press Workout type:
Choose a needed workout type - HIIT, Strength, Calisthenics, Chair Yoga, Basic Workout Program, Basic Workouts for Seniors, Indoor Walking, Military Workouts, No-Alcohol Challenge, Chair Workout Challenge, or Tai Chi Monk Power, and press Update workout type.
