How do I change my program?

If you feel like you need to change something in your program, go to the My program tab. Press 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner, then select My program

Choose one of the categories that you want to modify. It can be Workout type, Goal, Workout place, Equipment, or Difficulty

After that, change your program by pressing a new needed setup.
