You can change your previously chosen goal for workouts through the My program tab.
Go to the My program tab. Press 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner, then select My program:
Press Goal:
Choose a new goal. It can be:
- Muscle Gain, Weight Loss, or Get Shredded for the Strength workout type:
- Weight Loss or Get Shredded for the HIIT workout type:
- Stay Fit, Boost Stamina or Weight Loss for the Calisthenics workout type.
You can change your workout type by following the instructions in this article.
Please note: You won’t see the option to change your workout place if you are using HIIT, Chair Yoga, Calisthenics, Basic Workout Program, Basic Workouts for Seniors, Indoor Walking, Military Workouts, No-Alcohol Challenge, Chair Workout Challenge or Tai Chi Monk Power workout type.
