If you feel like you need to change something in your program, go to the My program tab. Press 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner, then select My program:
Choose one of the categories that you want to modify. It can be Workout type, Goal, Workout place, Equipment, or Difficulty:
After that, change your program by pressing a new needed setup.
