    My app has switched my workout routine to use supersets, is there any way I can get it back to normal sets?

    Hello Mason Day,

    If you prefer to have workouts without supersets, we recommend changing your workout type to Strength instead of HIIT. It's important to note that it cannot be reversed once you make this change.

    I would like to have my subscription cancelled. I’ve emailed and when I attempt to cancel it says it sent me a verification code in my email, I've done that over 20 times, and I have not received a single code. Please cancel my subscription.

    As far as I can see, you have already successfully cancelled your subscription. You can also check the details by following the steps described in this article - the website should show the end date of your subscription.
