You can change your previously chosen workout type in the My program tab.
IOS:
Go to the My program tab. Press 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner, then select Change:
Choose a needed workout type - HIIT, Strength, Calisthenics, Basic Workout Program, Basic Workouts for Seniors, Indoor Walking, Military Workouts, Military Calisthenics, Adaptive program, No-Alcohol Challenge, Chair Workout Challenge, Tai Chi Walking, Chair Tai Chi, Tai Chi for Golfers, Shaolin Discipline or Chair Military Workouts and press Choose this program.
Android:
Go to the My program tab. Press 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner, then select My program:
Press Workout type:
Choose a needed workout type - HIIT, Strength, Calisthenics, Basic Workout Program, Basic Workouts for Seniors, Indoor Walking, Military Workouts, Military Calisthenics, Adaptive program, No-Alcohol Challenge, Chair Workout Challenge, Tai Chi Walking, Chair Tai Chi, Tai Chi for Golfers, Shaolin Discipline or Chair Military Workouts, and press Update workout type.
