How do I change the workout type?

You can change your previously chosen workout type in the My program tab. 

IOS:

Go to the My program tab. Press 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner, then select Change

Choose a needed workout type - HIITStrength, CalisthenicsBasic Workout ProgramBasic Workouts for SeniorsIndoor WalkingMilitary Workouts, Military Calisthenics, Adaptive program, No-Alcohol Challenge, Chair Workout Challenge, Tai Chi Walking, Chair Tai Chi, Tai Chi for GolfersShaolin Discipline or Chair Military Workouts and press Choose this program
