How can I cancel the subscription?

Cancelling your subscription means the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your current period. 

Subscriptions should be cancelled at least 24 hours before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue. We are unable to provide refunds for subscriptions that have not been cancelled within the required time. 

The way of cancelling the subscription depends on where you purchased it (or signed up for a free trial). Please select the place of your purchase below: 

  • If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on the MadMuscles website:

    1. Click on this link (or visit our website and follow this path: Top-right menu → My account → My subscription, or Top-right menu → Support → Cancel subscription)

    2. Enter the email associated with your account and press Continue. Please make sure to check that the email you use to log in is the one you used to sign up for the subscription.

    3. After logging in, you will see information about your current subscription. Click on Cancel renewal, and then select the reason for cancellation.

    You can see the message Your subscription information is updated every few hours. Please wait up to 24 hours, and then the Cancel button will appear.

    If your subscription has already been cancelled, you will see the message No active subscriptions and the status Canceled in your account. Please note that you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your current period.

    To avoid the next charge, you should cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period. 

    If you purchased two subscriptions

    Please note that if you have two active subscriptions, you can cancel one of them separately and keep the other active. Each subscription has its own cancel button, and canceling one does not cancel the other. If you want to cancel all your existing subscriptions, you need to cancel each of them separately.
    Just click Cancel Renewal under the subscription you want to cancel:

    After that, only one subscription will remain in the Active status in your profile.

  • If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on App Store: 

    You can cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings.

    To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the then-current subscription period.

    You alone can manage your subscriptions. Learn more about managing subscriptions (and how to cancel them) on Apple's support page.

  • If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on Google Play:


    You can cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings.

    To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the then-current subscription period.

    You alone can manage your subscriptions. Learn more about managing subscriptions (and how to cancel them) on Google’s support page.

❗️If you don't see your subscription in the list of subscriptions on your App Store or Google Play, it means that you likely purchased it directly through our website. In this case, select MadMuscles website as your place of purchase above in this article and then follow the cancellation instructions. 

After cancelling, please bear in mind that while you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle, you will no longer have access to any of the content within the MadMuscles app once your subscription has expired. 

Also, note that deleting the app or unsubscribing from the newsletter does not cancel your subscriptions. Subscription fees will apply automatically regardless of whether or not you use your subscription.

    Can I please get a refund as I was un aware it would give another charge without any notifications. I have also deleted the app as well. I don’t want the subscription.

    Been trying to cancel my subscription since monday without any luck. Follow the instructions just to find that there is no cancel subscription option. I already sent an email. I would like my subscription cancel and the payment that was charge today to be refunded.

    I cancelled my subscription back in late January early February.  Come April 17, you charge me for another 3 months.  Nothing on the iPhone that shows I have a current subscription or on the app.  I would like my $68.16 refunded and subscription cancelled before I try to dispute this with the bank and have to cancel my card which is a headache to deal with.
